We have found many of these smelters throughout the world. The Spanish refined their ore in these locations. They then took it to temporary storage on a near ridge (see photo). Later it was either transported or buried for later recovery. In many cases they never returned, leaving it for the curious treasure seeker. We have reports of several recoveries made within plain view of these smelters. Be sure to check these locations thoroughly, it can pay off big!!
